I’m GD Smith, a nature videographer and photography based in Brisbane, Australia.

I have been capturing wildlife for over 10 years, and have always had a fixation with birds, bugs and the night sky. Australia’s wide variety of flora and fauna has allowed me ample opportunity to capture it’s many natural wonders.

I love to focus on the intricate behaviours of wildlife - either in birds or insects - and put a humorous spin on it.

I also enjoy sharing the knowledge I’ve learned over the years, and feel that’s it’s a great way for new photographers to get out into nature.
